Ingredients
Sprouts Curry: Brown lentils, green lentils, green peas, garbanzo beans, water, onion, yogurt, sunflower oil, cornstarch, coriander leaves, ginger, mint, salt, herbs, spices. Rice: Indian basmati rice, water.
Directions
Microwave: 1. Tear open rice pouch and pour into microwave bowl. 2. Tear open second pouch and pour over rice. 3. Loosely cover bowl. 4. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stove top 5 Minutes: 1. Boil water in saucepan. 2. Immerse sealed pouches in boiling water for 5 minutes. 3. Cut and empty pouces into bowl. Caution: Pouch will be hot. Do not use conventional or toaster oven. Do not consume if pouch is leaking or swollen.
